Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) invited Vincent Jing-Yen Liu, Director General of the Department of West Asian and African Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to give a talk entitled, “Let’s Chat on Taiwan-African Relations,” in English to discuss significance, trading and cooperation between Taiwan and African countries. Director General Liu facilitated International Program for Sustainable Development(IPSD) students of CJCU from Tanzania, Uganda, and Burundi to participated in the seminar of “World Café” in Southern Taiwan Session of the “2022 Model APEC” organized by the Asia-Pacific Youth Association to exchange their views with other university students.
